Pork Stew for Dogs with Millet and Butternut Squash
Jump to recipe
Our dogs are a breed of sighthound from North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Libya) called the Sloughi. Millets are a group of edible seed grasses from Africa and Asia. Because may of them come from Africa, and the Sloughis come from Africa, I love to use it in place of other grains when I make Sloughi food.
This stew I use as a food topper as opposed to a stand-alone meal. They love it.
Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 lbs cubed pork loin

- 3 teaspoons eggshell powder
